KAWASAKI TEAM UP WITH TRINICOM FOR ASSEN AND SACHSENRING
The Kawasaki Racing Team have teamed up with Trinicom, the European leader in
web self service, email response management and agent support software, for the
Dutch TT at Assen and the German Grand Prix at Sachsenring.
Trinicom develops, implements and supports its software product: Trinicom
eService Centre, a software application, based on standard internet
technologies, targeted to support the customer contact process in any
organisation. Organisations using the Trinicom eService Centre can respond
quickly and consistently to customer queries through multiple channels using a
single knowledge base.
Trinicom delivers the vision where an integrated customer contact strategy
drives all communications with an organisation's customers.
Central to this vision is a single central knowledge base from which all contact
channels draw their information, and in which all contact instances are stored.
The customer should be able to select any channel of communication and still
receive the same level of service.
Trinicom supports all channels and believes that self-service or email response
management is most effective when it is part of an integrated customer contact
strategy.
Many leading organisations, such as Volkswagen, Audi, Fortis Bank, Clientlogic,
Rabobank and Tiscali, already trust Trinicom to manage the customer contact
processes.
"With our sponsoring involvement we want to gain awareness for our enterprise,
not only in our most important markets in the Netherlands and in Germany, but in
the whole of Europe," said Wilco Rietberg, the founder of Trinicom. "We chose
the Kawasaki Racing Team on purpose because in the premier class of motorcycle
racing everything is about speed, skill and professionalism on the highest
level. For us these are exactly the aspects which are most important when
handling customer contacts."
The Trinicom logo will feature prominently on the side of the Kawasaki Ninja
ZX-RR MotoGP machines raced by Shinya Nakano and Alex Hofmann at Assen next
weekend, as well as on the bikes raced by Nakano, Hofmann and wild card rider
Olivier Jacque in the German Grand Prix at Sachsenring.
"We are delighted that Trinicom have chosen to promote their brand and products
in MotoGP through a partnership with the Kawasaki Racing Team," declared team
Marketing Manager, Ian Wheeler. "Kawasaki, Trinicom and MotoGP have a lot of
synergies and we are looking forward to promoting the partnership between the
two companies in the best possible way; with good results at both Assen and
Sachsenring."
As a European leader and the only supplier of integrated eservice Software,
Trinicom is well positioned to assist with the requirements of any business.
